4. Payments

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes

Delays caused by client inactivity may affect project timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered product is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
  • VELTRIX CONCEPTS retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

7. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared with us during a project will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

8. Project Delivery & Revisions

  • Projects are delivered based on agreed timelines, though delays may occur due to complexity or external factors.
  • Reasonable revisions are included, as defined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

9. Limitation of Liability

VELTRIX CONCEPTS is not liable for:

  • Losses caused by misuse of delivered systems
  • Third-party service failures
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate a project if:

  • There is breach of agreement
  • There is lack of communication from the client
  • Payments are not fulfilled

In such cases, work completed up to that point may be invoiced.

11. Changes to Terms

VELTRIX CONCEPTS may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
